Help us learn more about the growing #Croydon #TechCity community

Croydon Tech City is growing

You don’t need me to tell you that Croydon Tech City is growing.

Even whilst the team is on its customary summer recess, the effects of our (and the community’s) work continues to be felt across a borough whose newfound tech credentials have recently led to a 38% surge in office space lettings.

As announced at our January 2017 launch, the Home Office is in the process of centralising all of its technical operations in Croydon Tech City – bringing over 1,500 IT developers and contractors working on government biometrics, analytics and web services to the borough.

More Croydon companies than ever are moving to Croydon and starting up here: making it the UK’s fastest-growing tech ecosystem and economy.

There are more people than ever before

Yet, more importantly, behind these booming businesses are people. People with different skills, backgrounds, ambitions and needs. Some of them are employers, some of them are employees. Some work within the Croydon tech community, others provide services to the Croydon tech community.

There are software developers, venture capitalists, creatives, entrepreneurs, volunteers – as well as all sorts of non-tech service providers and SMEs such as accountants, lawyers and advisors. More and more of these people each day are making the commitment to move to Croydon Tech City and live, work and play here.

And we want to get to know them all.

We want to learn about YOU

As Croydon Tech City plans for a new season of events, campaigns and business support we want to learn more about the individuals that make up the Croydon Tech City community; how you heard about us, what you do, and what can be done to make the local tech ecosystem even better.

To do that we need you to take five minutes out of your busy day to answer these thirteen questions.

If that humble request doesn’t move you to take a mere five minutes from your day to answer 13 questions, then perhaps this will: 20 survey respondents will be chosen and each receive a £20 Amazon gift voucher.

So, think of all the Downton Abbey boxsets that you could buy if you just take five minutess to FILL OUT THIS SURVEY.
