The hotly anticipated venue next to East Croydon station will be open to the public from breakfast until late when its 35 food and drink outlets are unveiled at the end of the month.
The Breakfast Club, which is already established with popular branches dotted around London and Brighton, has announced it is putting on free “preview dinners” on Tuesday, October 25, Thursday, October 27 and Friday, October 28.
A spokeswoman for The Breakfast Club said: “The lucky lot who bag a seat will be treated to a first look at the new café and be spoilt with free food.
“The Breakfast Club are asking for £5 per person, which will be donated to Age UK Croydon to help throw them a Christmas party to remember.”
As its name suggests, the popular restaurant is known for its breakfasts and will also be bringing comfort food, “cracking” coffee and cocktails to Croydon.
Taking a look at the menu, the restaurant serves breakfast classics all day long such as The All American (including pancakes, eggs, sausage, homestyle potatoes, streaky bacon and maple syrup) and The Full Monty (made up of bacon, sausage, black pudding, eggs, home-style fried potatoes, mushrooms, beans, grilled tomato and toasted multigrain bloomer).
Customers can also enjoy lunch and dinner options including the Salt Beef Reuben (piles of salt beef on sauerkraut, mustard, Swiss cheese and pickle on sour dough), the When Haloumi Met Salad Wrap (grilled haloumi, sun-blush tomatoes, humous, spinach and balsamic vinegar) and the Sloppy Cow (beef chilli slopped on a double burger with cheese).
On each preview night, tables can be booked from 6pm to 8.30pm, with 14 spots available per half hour and each sitting will last up to 90 minutes.
Individual tickets cannot be bought for these events, groups must consist of a minimum of two and a maximum of four people.
Outlets will be open every day from October 31 following a weekend launch event in collaboration with the NME and grime music promoter Eskimo Dance.
When Boxpark officially launches the opening hours have been confirmed as Monday to Saturday 7am to 11pm and Sunday 8am to 10pm.
